Everything to look at, in one place: the site as it stands, the seven landing page directions, the spanner pattern tests, and the three documents that explain the brand, the customer pipeline and how marketing will run.
How to use this page
Open each variant on a phone as well as a desktop. Every variant page has a grey strip at the top to step to the next one or come back here.
Pick one direction. Note anything from the others worth keeping.
Read the documents and answer the open questions at the end of each; they are what unblocks the launch.
Section 1
The site as built
Thirty pages on the current design: the photography-led build the variants below are meant to replace. Its content, structure and facts carry over to whichever direction is chosen.
Round 1 answered the brief for a low-photo, SVG-led design in four ways. Round 2 combined the parts you picked out of those four into three composites. Each page uses the live site's header, footer, call bar, reviews and questions.

Every route a customer takes from first hearing of Paynes to leaving a review, the technology in each part in plain terms, who does what at each step, and the launch-readiness gate with its open questions.
How marketing runs once the site is live: a plan, facilitate, analyse loop; the cadence; who does what; the KPI menu; and the decision rules for scaling, adjusting or stopping a channel.
