What we do with your details

Who we are

PAYNES HEATING AND PLUMBING SERVICES LIMITED, company number 02489842, Oak Tree Barn, Lewes Road, Blackboys, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 5JL. Contact: sales@paynes-heating.co.uk, 01825 891720.

What we collect and why

When you phone, email or use the contact form we keep your name, contact details, address and what the job is, so we can quote, carry out and invoice the work and honour warranties and certificates. We keep job records for as long as certification and tax rules require.

Who sees it

Our engineers and office staff. Where a registration body or scheme needs details of an installation (for example an MCS certificate or a Gas Safe notification) we pass on what that body requires. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics at present. If analytics is added later, it will be off until you accept it, and this page will say what is collected.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email sales@paynes-heating.co.uk to ask.
