Boiler installation, done properly, since 1990
A new boiler is the one job where the fitting matters as much as the box. We remove the old boiler and dispose of it, flush the system so the new one is not filled with the last twenty years of sludge, fit the boiler with a compliant flue, a magnetic filter and an inhibitor, then commission it and hand over the paperwork.

What the job includes
We fit gas, LPG and oil boilers from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Grant and Potterton, and we convert conventional systems to combi or system boilers where that suits the house. Every gas job is done by a Gas Safe registered engineer and every oil job by an OFTEC registered one.
- Gas, LPG and oil boilers
- The right fuel and the right size for the property, worked out from the heat demand rather than guessed.
- Removal and disposal
- The old boiler, flue and redundant components come out and go with us.
- Power flush or chemical clean
- Done before the new boiler goes on, so debris from the old system cannot shorten its life.
- Flue and plume kit
- Fitted to current regulations, with a plume management kit where the terminal position needs one.
- Magnetic and limescale filters
- Fitted as standard on installations, with inhibitor dosed into the system.
- Pumps, valves, expansion vessel, safety devices
- Replaced where they are tired, so the new boiler is not let down by the old system around it.
- Radiators and TRVs
- Thermostatic radiator valves, new radiators and pipework where the survey shows they are needed.
- Smart controls
- Nest, Hive, Honeywell Home and Drayton controls set up on your phone before we leave.
How it goes
- 01A survey at the property to measure the heat demand, check the flue route and look at the existing system.
- 02A written quote listing the boiler, the components and the work.
- 03Installation, usually one to two days for a straight swap and longer for a conversion.
- 04Commissioning, a walk-through of the controls, and the benchmark and warranty paperwork.
Talk to an engineer, not a call centre
Call 01825 891720 between 8am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and you will speak to someone who can book the job. Outside those hours the same number reaches our emergency engineer.
Common questions
Do you take the old boiler away?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old boiler and any redundant flue or components is part of the job.
Can you change a conventional boiler to a combi?
Yes. We do conventional-to-combi and conventional-to-system conversions, including removing tanks from the loft and rerouting pipework.
Which boiler brands do you fit?
Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Grant and Potterton, across gas, LPG and oil. We will recommend one based on the property, not a sales target.
Why flush the system before fitting a new boiler?
Sludge and debris from an old system block heat exchangers and pumps. Flushing first, then adding a magnetic filter and inhibitor, is what keeps a new boiler efficient and keeps the warranty valid.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Every engineer who works on gas is on the Gas Safe Register, and oil work is done under our OFTEC registration. Ask to see the card on the day.
Do you cover my area?
We install boilers across East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent, including Uckfield, Lewes, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath and the villages between.
